Join us in celebrating our 1 year anniversary at the Melrose Market!
Its been a fantastic year and we owe all to you. So to show our appreciation we will be throwing a par-tay!
Schedule of events are:
1pm – 7pm We will be BBQ’ing oysters
2:30 and 5:30pm Our famous chef Xinh will demonstrate how to prepare Geoduck
2, 3 and 6pm We will be preparing and handing out our special “Melrose Mussels”
3:30pm Our Champion oyster shucker David Leck will be giving free oyster shucking lessons
3:30-7pm We will be shucking oysters for you for free!
4pm Xinh will be giving out her Geoduck ceviche
4-7pm Jane Meuter from Chinook & Company will be giving out samples of her familey’s wonderful jarred salmon.
5pm Xinh will be handing out her fabulous curried mussels
There will also be live music, author signings and prizes! Come by and help us kick off another year of fun, friends, and the freshest shellfish you’ll ever eat.
