Taylor Shellfish is proud to present our new “Shellfish Deli” and retail store at Seattle’s Melrose Market. Nestled in Seattle’s newest local and artisan food nexus, we hope to bring you our most interactive farm to table experience yet.
Never heard of a “Shellfish Deli”? That’s because we made it up. We offer the unique option of grabbing groceries to go or dinning in with us*. On the menu we have the freshest oysters, crab, geoduck, chowder and stew. We are a mostly raw bar with the exception of our crab, chowder and stew. We offer a fine selection of local artisan beers and ciders and a rotating wine list featuring the annual selection from The Oyster Wine competition.
If you are looking to dine in with us it is important to note that we are a first come first serve establishment. We do not take reservations. We offer a cozy and personal environment to explore the rich bounty of the Puget Sound with 30 in house seats.
Looking for groceries to go? Peruse our custom built, live holding tank – a stainless steel buffet of Taylor farmed oysters, clams, mussels and geoduck. From here, our knowledgeable staff is excited to complete your desired culinary experience.
